Best vacation ever!
My family had our reunion here for a whole week — greatest vacation/reunion we ever had! We took advantage of the optional cook (Nola) and she was the greatest — made us feel like she was a sister from another mother(she was from the south after all) — she did an absolutely awesome job of feeding our hungry …
So many times since we have been home we have said, “Thank God we found that Ranch!”
This summer, my husband and I hosted our family and closest friends for five days at Rising Wolf Ranch. So many times since we have been home we have said, "Thank God we found that Ranch!" The Ranch property is absolutely stunning. Even our most urban of friends found themselves fishing in the river, wandering off on long …
Come and enjoy some Montana hospitality at Rising Wolf Ranch.
Rising Wolf Ranch is an ideal location for groups such as ours because visitors can enjoy the energizing ambience, the history of the 1920's style accommodations and the seclusion workshops need.  It is close enough to the grand mountain splendor of Glacier Park and yet the quietness we like for our groups.  Montana Art Workshops have enjoyed bringing …
What a great week –  your ranch is truly beautiful.
Adjusting to the Illinois humidity has been a jolt.  I'm not sure how our daughter found you, but what a delight.  The true compliment "Can we go back next year?"  It was nice visiting with you and thank you so much for your many kindnesses. Sincerely,Julie Lund

I just spent a week at Rising Wolf Ranch (3rd time visitor) with a group of 16 hiking friends.  The Stewart family who own the ranch, and staff Dave & Nola are warm and welcoming and we were treated more like family than hotel guests.  Chris Stewart (manager and chief chef) is organized and flexible – booking and pre-arrival communication was excellent.  We were given a wide variety of options for meals, and all meals were delicious!!  We spent most of our days hiking in nearby Glacier National Park, but Chris helped us to organize some off-site activities one day and another day a hike on the property to a nearby swimming hole along the river where we spent a relaxing (and cooling on a very hot day) half day.  The 100 year old main lodge is in good repair and very interesting historically – be sure to check out the history binders and photo albums in the dining room.  Both the main lodge and ranch house have comfortable lounge/relaxing areas where guests can hang out – books and games are plentiful.  Both buildings are clean and comfortable. Rising Wolf Ranch is my favorite place to visit with a large group, and I am already planning my next stay there.
